Abstract
The purpose of this manuscript is to investigate how the artificial intelligence-based metaverse (AIM) facilitates the adoption of green supply chain management practices (GSCMP). Furthermore, this study aims to examine how dynamic capabilities in cybersecurity intelligence (DCCI) moderate the association between AIM and GSCMP. The statistical information was obtained through the distribution of a paper-and-pencil survey to 712 respondents employed in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) located in Vietnam. By employing structural equation modeling, the hypothesized model was investigated. Additionally, a multi-group analysis was employed to examine the moderating influence of DCCI. The analysis of the results substantiated the existence of a statistically significant positive correlation between AIM and GSCMP. Furthermore, the analysis demonstrated that DCCI moderated the correlation between AIM and GSCMP. Regarding policymaking, this study also proposed requisite measures to be implemented to reach conclusions regarding AIM and GSCMP in addition to devising strategies for subsequent courses of action. In an alternative approach, the results could offer policymakers and practitioners novel insights that could inform the development of targeted initiatives aimed at enhancing DCCI.
