Navigating the Leadership Continuum: Connecting Theory, Research, and Practitioners’ Perspectives is a three-volume, cross-jurisdictional series developed through collaboration between Brock University and The University of the West Indies. Featuring contributors from Canada, the Caribbean, the United States, and the United Kingdom, the series analyzes the literature on leadership career stages and offers insights from the lived experiences of school leaders as they cycled through their early, mid and late career stages.
