The following sentence should have been included:
“This article is practitioner-authored and has been subject to rigorous editorial review. Practitioner articles are not subject to the double-anonymised peer review applied to all academic-authored articles in this journal”.
This error was introduced during the article publication process, for which the publisher apologises.
