Emerald Studies in Trauma-Informed Education

Emerald Studies in Trauma-Informed Education draws upon international perspectives of trauma-informed practice in the educational sector from early childhood through to higher education to highlight the breadth of the newly emerging practice in this area and to understand how different contexts embed trauma-informed practice. Book topics will include trauma informed pedagogies Indigenous perspectives in trauma informed practice emotional wellbeing and trauma informed leadership guidance on advocating for trauma-informed practice in a school and the impact of chronic stress on educators - particularly amongst those working with students with complex learning needs.

Books in the series will be of interest to policy makers academics researchers educational practitioners (from early childhood to higher education) school leaders and students (particularly in initial teacher education).
