This chapter looks to address the constant change of technology and its impact on the workplace. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is and will be having an impact on their workforce. In spite of the growth of AI, research continues to demonstrate that going forward organizations will need to focus on their human intelligence from their leaders as expected from their workforce. AI will not totally eliminate the need for the human touch. Leaders will need to focus on their interpersonal skills going forward. Listening, empathy, collaboration, creativity, innovation, and the psychology of today’s workforce will require these. The organizations and their leaders that focus on the human aspect of work will create a competitive edge.
