Rocco Agrifoglio, Ph.D, is Assistant Professor of Organizational Theory and Information Systems Management at the University of Naples “Parthenope” (Italy). He has earned his PhD in Management and Business Administration from the same University and he has also been a visiting scholar at the University of Westminster (London, England) and the University of Castile-La Mancha (Ciudad Real, Spain). His primary research interests are contingent work, CoP, e-HRM, and technology acceptance and usage. He has participated as a speaker in several international conferences and has published numerous papers in journals.

Mariacristina Bonti is Full Professor of Business Organization at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Pisa (Italy). Her main research interests include small business growth, family small business, and organizational change processes in the public sector. She is a member of AIDEA (Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale), ASSIOA (Associazi-one Italiana di Organizzazione Aziendale), and Cercaf-Lab (Centro Ricerca Competitività Azienda Familiare).
