Muhammad Junaid Shahid Hasni is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Trento (Italy). He has a doctoral degree in Economics and Management from the same institution. He examines research issues related to, for example, consumer behavior, food labeling, food waste behavior, anti-consumption behavior, brand hate, mobile banking and social media marketing. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of Business Ethics, European Journal of Marketing, Food Quality and Preference, International Journal of Bank Marketing, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management and Journal of Consumer Behaviour.
Luigi Mittone is working as a full Professor in the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Trento (Italy). His main research interests include Behavioral Economics (Intertemporal decision-making, Strategic Interaction, Choice under Uncertainty, Tax compliance), Nudging (applied to Public Policies) and Health Economics. He is the author of 142 scientific works, including book chapters and journal articles, such as Applied Psychology: An International Review, Technovation, Food Quality and Preference, Economic Inquiry and Judgment and Decision Making.
Lucia Savadori is an Associate Professor of psychology at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Trento (Italy) and a member of the Doctoral School in Economics and Finance at the University of Trento and Bolzano. Her research focuses on the cognitive aspects of risk perception and risk communication in the health and economic domains. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, such as Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied, Risk Analysis and Journal of Risk Research.
